Today’s Challenge: Give a compliment about someone to his or her manager
Sure, it’s great to hear how wonderful we are from customers. But, when that customer tells the boss, it matters even more. Many managers unable to see how customers feel about the employees unless there is a problem. So, reward those good ones by telling their managers how awesome they are.
You can ask for the manager on the way out, or look for comment cards. Be sure to fill it out right away and turn it in to the right place.
